Delivery Policy

At Ground Earthworks, we offer delivery throughout the Hunter Valley, Newcastle and Sydney regions for a flat fee of $120. Free delivery is available on orders over $1000. We have a standard lead time of two days. Deliveries are available Monday to Saturday and are scheduled based on availability, weather conditions, and site access. Additional costs for limited access or delays caused by the site will be communicated. Customers must ensure safe, accessible delivery sites, as our team will only deliver to the nearest suitable drop-off point. Turf and materials will not be laid or relocated beyond the drop-off unless prearranged. While we aim to deliver on your preferred date, unforeseen delays may occur. To reschedule, please contact us with at least 24 hours' notice. If you're unsure whether you're within our delivery range, or for any delivery-related enquiries, please contact us directly.

Return & Exchange Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. Cancellations for services must be made at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling; cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a fee. Due to the perishable nature of turf, returns are not accepted once the order has been confirmed and prepared. Refunds or replacements will only be offered if the product is damaged or does not meet reasonable quality standards, in line with Australian Consumer Law. For any issues or to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
