1. About Us

Ground Earthworks provides excavation, haulage, turf supply, and contracting services throughout Sydney, Australia. Our turf products are available for purchase online, and our excavation and haulage services can also be booked online.

2. Use of Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the website. We reserve the right to deny access or take legal action in the event of misuse.

3. Products and Services

a. Turf Sales

Turf is available for purchase through our website.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
Delivery fees may apply and will be calculated at checkout.

b. Service Bookings

Services including excavation, turf delivery, and haulage can be booked online.
Booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us (via email or SMS).
Prices for services are subject to change based on site conditions and job requirements.

4. Payments

We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods listed at checkout.
Full payment must be made at the time of turf purchase or service booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
In the event of a failed payment, we reserve the right to cancel the order or booking.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

a. Turf Orders

Turf is a perishable product. Once the order is confirmed, cancellations may not be accepted if preparation or dispatch has begun.
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind or incorrect selection, as per Australian Consumer Law.

b. Service Bookings

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled time may be eligible for a full refund or reschedule.
Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

6. Delivery & Site Access

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure site access for delivery or service.
If our team cannot access the site safely, additional charges may apply for delays or rescheduling.
Delivery times are estimates only; Ground Earthworks is not liable for delays outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ground Earthworks excludes all warranties, representations, and liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from use of the website, purchase of products, or services rendered.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, images, and graphics, is the property of Ground Earthworks or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without express permission.

What is Personal Information and why do we collect it?
